Thank you for choosing Victor Charge LLC to purchase your water gun. We are committed to providing high-quality products and services and hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return or request a refund, please follow our policy:
- Return Conditions
Return Deadline: Customers can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
Product Condition: The returned water gun must be unused and in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and labels.
- Return Procedure
Contact Customer Service: First, please contact us via our customer service email address, explaining your return request. Please provide your order number and purchase date.
Obtain Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA), which you will need to mark on the returned package.
Prepare the Return Package: Place the water gun and all its original packaging materials in a package, along with your contact information and the RMA number.

- Refund Processing
Refund Method: Once we receive the returned product and complete our review, we will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method, and the arrival time will vary depending on your bank or payment method.
Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product provided by us, we will cover the shipping costs; otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please keep the tracking number for your returned package for future reference.
For products that do not meet the above conditions, we will be unable to process the refund request and may return the product to you.
